Hello! I’m Jennifer

Spiritual Guide and Sacred Storyteller

I am a lifelong student, committed to becoming a little more honest and aligned each day than I was the day before.

Through healing my past and questioning the stories I once believed, I’ve learned to trust the guidance of my inner voice.

I believe each of us carries a knowing within us, but over time it can become buried beneath expectations and conditioning that were never truly ours.

For the past decade, I’ve been untangling those layers within myself and learning to live from what feels true.

Now, I walk with others as they do the same.

My Story

From the outside, my life may have looked “perfect” to a casual observer. But on the inside, I spent much of it trying to meet the expectations of others.

I became what many would recognize. A people-pleaser. A perfectionist. An over-thinker. Someone constantly scanning, adjusting, and striving to get it right. Over time, I lost touch with what was actually true for me. I gave pieces of myself away slowly, almost without noticing, until I felt disconnected from my own life.

There wasn’t a single moment where everything changed. It happened gradually. In different areas of my life. In quiet realizations and growing discomfort. I began to see that the life I was living didn’t fully reflect who I was underneath it. That gap became impossible to ignore.

What I’ve come to understand is this. We feel most at peace when our outer lives reflect what is true within us. When they don’t, something in us knows. It may start as a whisper, but over time it becomes harder to ignore.

So I began the work of listening, of questioning the stories I had accepted, of untangling what was mine from what wasn’t, and of learning, slowly, to trust the voice within me.

It wasn’t instant, and it wasn’t perfect. But it was real.

One of the deepest shifts for me was understanding the difference between pain and suffering. Pain is part of being human. But much of our suffering comes from resisting what we feel, or holding onto ways of being that are no longer true. When I stopped trying to avoid discomfort and started allowing it to show me something, everything began to change.

Through that process, I found a deeper sense of alignment. Not as a final destination, but as something I return to again and again. A way of living that feels honest, grounded, and connected.

This is the work I now share.

Not from a place of having it all figured out, but from having walked through it.

From learning how to listen.

And from knowing what becomes possible when you do.

My Values & Beliefs

You carry a knowing within you

There is a part of you that already knows what is true. Not louder than the noise around you, but steady underneath it. This work is about learning to hear it again.

You are the authority of your life

There is no one outside of you who can tell you what is right for you. Others may guide, reflect, or support, but your truth is something you come to know from within.

Disconnection happens slowly but can be reversed

Many of us don’t lose ourselves all at once. It happens over time, through conditioning, expectations, and adaptation. The process of returning is just as gradual, and just as possible.

Pain can be a form of guidance

Not something to avoid or fix immediately, but something to listen to. Often it is pointing to where we are out of alignment with what is true.

Everything you need is inside you

Not in another person, a different life, or a future version of yourself. The clarity you’re looking for is already within you, even if it feels distant right now.

Your authentic voice will lead the way

Not perfectly, and not all at once. But step by step, as you learn to trust it, it becomes clearer. And the life that unfolds from that place feels different.

Training & Study

Education, Training & Study

My work is grounded not only in formal training, but in years of personal study, exploration, and lived experience. I have spent over a decade immersing myself in spiritual teachings, subconscious work, and the inner landscape of thought, belief, and identity.

I have studied a wide range of traditions, texts, and modalities, not simply to learn them, but to question, integrate, and understand them at a deeper level. This ongoing process of inquiry continues to shape both my work and the way I guide others.
